In November 2019, GCBA will conclude the implementation process of ISO 9001 at its office. Part of the ISO 9000 family of standards, this certification is globally recognized and not limited to manufacturing and technology companies—it can also be applied in the legal sector.

Achieving ISO 9001 certification means that the law firm meets quality management requirements based on seven principles: customer focus, leadership, engagement of people towards objectives, process approach, continuous improvement, evidence-based decision making, and effective relationship management. This places GCBA among a select group of law firms in Brazil that hold this certification.
